Well after soaking in warm water the infection came off rather easily. It slid out from under the skin. It looks to be a lot better know. I didnt need to lance it since there was already a cut. Swelling and redness is now gone He looks good.

:It sounds like it might be an abcess (could be other things too). The only way to treat abcesses is to cut it open and remove the infection. Understandably, it's best to have a vet do this! Abcesses can cause big problems if left untreated, so don't wait too long if it doesn't get better.
