Dehydrated Chameleon - HELP!!!

Hi,
recently my flapneck chameleon has stopped drinking water, and it has reached a point where he is too weak to drink himself. His eyes are very sunken and he can hardly hold himself up. how can i get him rehydrated? THanks for any help.
