blood with wierd scales

I got a blood python about 2 months ago and she looked very good when I brought her home but her scales have started to get very rough. It is almost like the scales have puffed out and are almost dome like. I have tried to raise the humidity but I havn't seen any improvement. She also has refused to eat. Please help me. What could be the problem? Any advice would be of great help. thanks.
