How to determine if an adult will develop a blue coloration?

Hi,
I'm thinking of purchasing a baby green tree python. Is there anyway to determine if the baby will develop a blue coloration as an adult? I've seen so many incredible GTPs with a nice blue line running through them.

The baby I have in mind is a red Biak GTP.
