Sorry for the lack of response on my part. I don't check this forum very often when it's slow. I was the one who mentioned epoxy puddy. It can be seen holding the perch in this vision cage...

It's completely non-toxic and completely odorless. I wouldn't have recommended it otherwise! I've included a link to an online source, but it can also be found in any lowes/home depot. Good luck.
