Get some plastic closet rod holders and a tube of clear silicone sealant. Squirt a little dab on the rod holder and stick it to the side. The holders cost about $2 pr. and the silicone is about $3. Believe me, it will hold a lot of weight. You can find this at Wal-mart, Lowe's or Homo Depot.
