Your description is ambiguous...Does the skin appear to be intact and moveable over the bump? Usually blisters are usually covered only by a very thin, almost transparent layer of skin...
Being a wild caught and according to your description these bumps seems to be under the skin I would suspect that they are parasites. They usually don't cause too much trouble. If necessary, the treatment is surgical removal under local anesthesia. Medications usually does not affects worms that are under the skin.
