Which is the best brand of these 3 Heat Pads?

I've seen three main brands of heat pads in local stores:

1. Zoo Med's Repti-Therm UTH pads
2. Exo Terra's Heat Wave (with the Bearded Dragon on the package)
3. T-Rex's Cobra Heat Pad (with the Cobra on the package)

The Heat Wave and Cobra appear similar in design, but the Repti-Therm is a little different. Anyway, is any one of these better than any of the others? Does Repti-Therm direct the heat into the tank more efficiently due to its design?

My tank is on a stand, and the bottom (outside the tank) is completely exposed to open air. I worry that the heat will take the path of least resistance and just go out into the air under the tank instead of penetrating the tank's bottom.

Thanks for your input,

David
