When did the eyes cloud over? Sometimes it can be a week or longer before they actually shed. Are the temps right?

As for feeding, I believe I remember hearing some people used fish, but dont quote me on that. Also, some boids are more inclined to take rats than mice, so you could try pink or fuzzy rats. It might not eat until it sheds though, so good look to you. Andy
