Snakes to keep:
Leiopython albertisi, but only a black one
Oh, any of the scrubs
Jampea or Kayuadi Python reticulatus

Catch list:
Heterodon (Easterns, I've heard there are some nice ones where I am but never seen any)
Lampropeltis getula getula again, heard of them, never caught
And I know, I know ;) but I'd love to catch a Nerodia or two.
