Many people setup a Co2 tank to suffocate the mice. I personally think it's easier and even more humane to put the mouse in a bag or pillowcase, swing the bag around a couple times to gain momentum, then hit it into a hard surface - a concrete ground or wall. If done right, the mouse is killed upon impact and never even knows what hit him. I think this is the least traumatic way to euth.

As for freezing, just put them into zip up bags and freeze. I'de leave them frozen for at least a week or 2 to insure that any possible intestinal parasites are all gone before feeding them to your snake.

Glad to hear you're feeding f/t. This is certainly the very best, and safest way to go.
