Tijana,
Take her to the vet. It sounds like a perforated bowel and only a vet can handle it. In my opinion, in this instance, even a vet inexperienced in snakes is preferable to inaction, because a perforated bowel will be fatal without intervention. Since she is losing blood, the sooner the better.
