snake penis????

I purchased a black mexican king snake baby about 2 months ago.
I am completely retarded when it comes to snake anatomy.
every time I pick him up, he urinates on me, and a pink little nub, thats actually quite large for his size, pops out and stays out for a few minutes, his tail is at a 90 degree angle while this occurs.
I have two other snakes, a texas rat (full grown) and a young red tailed boa, about 2 feet.Niether one of my other snakes does this when they relieve themselves,
I'm a little perplexed, the only thing I can assume, is that I have gotten my first male snake???
