I once asked a question about this lizard, here are the infos I could collect.

1/ There are males in the continetal populations, especially from Panama : I have a male from there. They are quite easy to sex.
2/ The only natural population which main (maybe only) type of reproduction is parthenogenesis is the one from Costa Rica.
3/ Anyway, in captivity, females from continental populations appear to use parthenogenesis if they can't see a male for a while.

I will try to breed them and then isolate a few females, so I will be able to say if females from sexuate reproduction take longer to "decide" on pathenogenesis.
