my lialis went off feed, is it season?

hi, i have a pair of the new guinea legless lizards. since early january they have been feeding regularly, but now it's been a month. they stalk but do not finish. their tails are fat and they are active. is it some kind of season now? like breeding or dry season? does anyone know?
