First most of the time different species never will do well in captivity without a huge enclosure. Second I don't know what a Ruins lizard is do you know its scientific name or can u post a pic of it or a description. Besides the strees most animals at a petstore are WC and assuming they come from different areas they will have parasites. The animals already have some resistance to their own parasites but when they are introduced to foreign ones the results are bad. Like native americans and small pox (very very bad mix).
