Help meh wiff mah Mali Uromastic?

I just got the type of lizard named above today, and I wasn't exactly clear on how to take care of it because the woman who sold it to me told me something different from what the man who sold me the tank said. The woman who sold it to me told me to use a 40 watt. light bulb on top of the tank, the person who sold me the tank said to use 65 watt. One told me not to give him water, but to spray his lettuce with water. And just a little bit ago he was panting and licking the side of the tank. Could someone please know is positive on how to take care of him?
