I recently obtained a pair of western banded geckos. I'm not sure what type of substrate to incubate the eggs in. I have experience with other species of lizard, but not these guys. Do I just incubate them in vermiculite or perlite? I read that with some desert species of gecko like Palmatogecko rangei you incubate the eggs on sand. Thanks for any input.
