My Tokay will not eat!

I just got her a week ago. She is CB. I have her in a 10 gallon(hopefully bigger pretty soon) with a clay pot hide, a piece of vertical driftwood, several silk plants, and peat moss as a substrate.
I've gotten her out and held her(which she didn't like at all) and put crickets in her mouth but she would keep trying to spit them out. I finally got her to swallow five friday and about 3 today.
Can anybody help me??
