Thanks a lot.
I brought him to work today (work in a zoo) and one of the guys working in the terrarium will take a look at it. It's only the tip of the hemipenis that's sticking out and I'm afraid it was already dry when I got him. The previous keeper hadn't notised this so I still have no idea how long it has been this way. He has bred this year and his girl has laid two fertile eggs so my guess is he stretched it during copulation and then was unable to retract it again. Furthermore they haven't had any uv-lighting the last half year so it could be related to that as well. Despite the fact he's got bits sticking out he's very fiesty and try to bite at my fingers.
