That is a Homopholis fasciata. Sometimes called the banded velvet gecko, or tanzanian velvet gecko.
Keep em in at least a 10 gallon because they are small, but fairly active at night. The temp can be around 85 in the day, 65-75 at night. Spray em in the morning, feed a variety of insects.
