I would try searching on Google for Mediterranean Geckos. I just did and although I didn't find any specific care sheets, there is little bits and pieces of info here and there, that should help a bit.

Also, I remember you were trying to identify your little gecko. If you type in "Mediterranean Gecko", in Google (Images), you recieve quite a bit of results, which definitely seem to match your geckos appearance, so it seems that's the correct identification. Sorry I couldn't help more. Good luck with the little guy.
