Strange bump on my golden gecko's side! Please help!

I got a couple of goldens for birthday as soon as I walked out of the petstore I noticed a strange lump on Peter's side. It does'nt seem to bother him any except that he does'nt climb the glass as much as his cagemate and is less friendly. I'm just playing it safe.
