Hello, I am interested in keeping a garter snake. The problem is, I can't find one! Do they live in NC? I am in the peidmont region and I have been making fruitless attemps in finding a garter snake. I really want one. If anyone has any tips, PLEASE e-mail me ASAP. Thanks!
