First you can just put him in a fish tank and through in a piece of fish. Or a worm or even a frog. But only feed him once or twice a week.
Second to keep him warm take a heating pad and attach it to the bottom of the cage. He will probably do good in 60-65 degrees. to provide water just put a shallow bowl in the cage and filli tup with water.
