that;s true, any frogs you have that can be handfed, should be. it is a lot easier than buting/raising live crickets. I handfeed using Fluker freezedried crickets, for my firebellies, tiger sals, bullfrog, and occasionally my horned frogs. I have to buy live for my tiny wood frogs, and though it is way more expensive, I just buy the small crix as needed from a reputable pet store nearby. Costs more than Petco, but I hate that store. If you want to go the cheapest route, I would just feed the live crix on vegetables or cricket meal and clean their enclosure maniacally every day.
