Hm, interesting, I only see one paratoid on him. I know about those toads, my european spends so much time buried and in his log, I see him only during feeding and at night when he soaks. Your toady looks healthy and shubby, though, maybe it is nothing to worry about if he's gone this long without the one gland, might be a hinderance to him in the wild, but that's not a problem.
