My horned frogs get nice and "beefy" from a diet of mostly nightcrawlers. It can be tedious getting them to eat them at first, since you really hafta wiggle them in front of the frog, but please use tongs because I have gotten bitten doing this! I do use calcium/vitamin powder on these too, and the worm's moistness helps the powder stick on better.
