frog disease-lost webbing

We have a frog that has an unusual disease that we have never seen before and are wondering if anyone else has ever seen this. The frog has bright red lesions in the bends of its legs and in its "armpits" it also has lost all the webbing in its feet and hands. Has anyone ever seen this before? If anyone has any info on this we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.
