Yes, they are still tadpoles. One is just starting to get it's front legs now, we have ad it a little over a week and only had little flappy nubbies when we first brought it home. The other three are in slightly different stages one has no leggies, one just got knees (giggles) and the last one just has the little floppy feet forming. IT IS THE COOLEST thing in the world to watch!!! We have a two year old daughter who was part of the reason we got tads rather thangrown frogs. What better way to teach her the process of life? Every day she watches them and looks for their legs to grow. She always asks "They will be froggies soon?" I can't wait to see her reaction when she sees them jumping around for the first time!

As for the cleaning, we are going to invest in a small shop vac for that rather than spending an hour using the little syphne hose I have.
