I have a group of 4, I think 2,2 and from Rainer Schultze`s book; Frősche und Krőten. (Frogs and Toads), I have read that they are dayactive and need low temperature 22 degree celsius and high humidity. I do not know how serious you are about this, but I think it would be nice, if we could stay in touch and try to find out more about these toads. How many do you have and what are your ambitions?

: I've searched this forum, newsgroups, the web, etc. but still have some questions about these frogs (toads).
: Has anyone successfully breeded these frogs? Anyone know how to sex them?
: Are we sure they are nocturnal? Mine seem to be active day and night with no real pattern.
: The general thought is that they prefer cooler temps than tropical frogs. What about humidity? I can't seem to find a consensus on the internet.
: For what it is worth, mine seem to like moderately high temperature (71 -74 F) and moderately high humidity (65 - 80 %)
: Thanks
