: That name, Horny toad, was coined by people in the American West and they are not really American but a nationality we here in Boston call, Cowboys. They have little grasp of English but, boy, can they barbecue! Unlike the English who speak well, but seem to live on biscuits and clotted cream. It's a quirk that seems related to getting no sunshine. (Grin!)
