I believe cages by design sells these screen like things that cover up baskign lights that hang in a cage. Check them out.

:I am going to build two cages one on top of the other. They will be 4' long 3' wide and 4' tall. The main question is how do you put the lights in the cage. On all other cages I have built I have put a screen lid and put the lights on top, but since I am going to stack them I do not want to take up the extra space. I have seen cages with the lights in side, but how do you keep the lizards from getting near them? Do you just not have any branchs that go up that high? Does plywood that has been painted with outdoor paint work? Thanks, Jacob.
