You might be thinking of KWE in California--Kevin Brown. They do breed some very nice Frillies--and they are definitely captive bred. Sundial is in New Mexico (it's actually www.sundialreptile.com : ) )

: i was at an expo and this lady and her husband swore up and down that theirs were cb.. they looked nice and healthy check out their web page its pretty cool they have babies for 195 and one male juvi for 225 i think. but they are in cali so its kinda far from ya..
