listen to this. the other day i ordered a box of superworms from reptilefood.com. they arived to days later and were so cold it didnt seem like they were alive. i immedeatly emailed them and told them that i put them in a warm room and would see if they revived. well they emailed me back and said if i had any problems to let them know and they would send me another box. wellthey revived so i didnt email them back and today i got my email and they have sent me another box FREE OF CHARGE. now thats costumer care!!
