Oregon herps

I would like to find someone else in Oregon that is studying or collecting native herps. I would also like to find someone that is familiar with Oregon garter snakes. I found one that I have never seen before. I'm getting ready to release the ones I found a few days ago, but I'd really like to ask someone about this unusual chocolate/orange one.
