This is probobly a dumb question, but i need a answer to it.I take it you need permits for some species, if you can collect them at all. I dont realy need to collect, just wondering, like if I were to see some thing truely amazing that you dont see every day in Western NY.Im mostly talking about snakes her, if that helps. Does it matter where I herp?Like, are most species spread all the way through the pine barrens? TIA
