I find alot of Snakes around dead end streets where people have left all kinds of trash. Tin, Card board, wood are all excellent things to look under but my best find was under a large peice of carpet where there were 3 copperheads waiting for me and a new one everyother week after that. I however am on a mission this year to find a good quality snake (kingsnake, milksnake, coral snake, etc) under something natural like a rotting log or under a rock or things of that nature. To date I have only found copperheahs underneath logs and natural stuff.......Scott
