I wouldn't be surprised. If you click on the link that was in the original post, it will take you directly to the proposed, amended text to be the new regs. Here's the link again - Proposed Herp Changes

I pulled the text directly out of their changes. If you put together a list of foul-ups, I would urge you to send it to the commission! They don't have the best relationship with the F&G Dept anyway, and need to be informed regarding F&G Dept's advice, otherwise, they only have the Dept's point of view. And that view is in no way unbiased! - and definitely not scientific!

: I don't have time to point out specifics right now, but quite a bit of what was written on there is mis-information. Where did this info come from exactly? A few of the animals they are considering protecting aren't even valid! I will point a few certain things out soon.
