I raise all 3 of the ones you mentioned and I'd go with the Orange-heads if I were you (for beardeds). Lobsters can run up glass like hissers and they are a fairly small and fast moving species. I raise them for my leopard geckos and I raise Orange-heads and hissers for my beardeds. Large hissers are great when just shed and still soft, but once their skin hardens, they are way too tough for beardeds. Orange-heads are great since they don't run up glass and my beardeds love them--they are a good size too. (maybe about 5 to 7 adult cricets would equal one orange-head while the lobsters are about the same size as adult crickets)
