:Need info on feeder mice sizes --- I have a yearling Dumeril Boa...need to know what a Hopper sized mice is like...I gave him what appears to be an adult -- way toooo big for him!!! What is a Hopper and What is a Fuzzy? And how do I judge sizes of live feeder mice for my Dumeril Boa???

If you have a scale weigh them. I consider a fuzzy anything with fuzz or fur but eyes still shut. Once the eyes open they are what most call crawlers/hoppers. Feeder companies call anything 10-15gramms a small mouse and 15 to 20 a medium and over 20 a large. Don't know the size of your Dum but I always err on the side of too small. No harm no foul that way.
