Crazed female!!!

I have three females in one cage, I assume all will give birth. One of the two females which hasn't already given birth is acting kinda crazy. She runs all over the cage and is maniacally licking herself, esp. her vagina. I put some toilet paper in with her an now she has is all in her corner. Is she about to give birth?
