Iowa State University's Entomology department has a great site with nutritional value charts and links to recipes, places to get insect cookbooks, and places to buy insects. As weird as this may all seem it really couldn't hurt to have some knowledge about sources of food that don't include the grocery store freezer section! I personally have never eaten a bug intentionally but I believe that if I found myself stranded somewhere it would be a better option than laying down and giving up!
