Superworm ??

Now, I just bought 1000 superworms...from this place : http://www.southerncricket.com/supplies.html (Good service too..great lively superworms..) Anyway, my question is this: Superworm care if like mealworm care save when it comes to pupating the larva right? You have to seperate Superworm larva to get them to pupate.. Otherwise food requirements and stuff are the same? I ask only cause I had some dry substrate mix left (Dried Potato flakes, Dried Milk, Corn flakes, Bran flakes, Wheat germ and vitamin supplement) and I figured I'd use it with them.
