Eremias arguta/steppe racerunner

Hi. I searched for chinese lacerta and found out pet stores only sell them as chinese spotted lacertas but in reality they are "Steppe racerunners, Eremias arguta"
O.k. my roomate bought this lizard 6 + months ago. He has been living in the basement and recently we brought him up because my roomate is a moron and gets tired of pets easily.
Anyways....can anyone tell me anything about this lizard at all? Please?
