ok...First of all, please watch your language. It makes you appear dumb and ignorant. He might climb stairs...what is stopping him? The best thing to do is to check any spot that is warm. Check air ducts, near radiotors, washers and driers, ect. Put a heat mat or lamp out near the ground with a hide box nearby. That is probably your best bet. IF you have lost a snake 4 times, in all fairness you probably do not deserve to own a snake. It is a responsibility. In the 14 or so years I have kept snakes, I have never once had an escape. You need a better lid, better cage, better husbandry skills. But if you do not want people accusing you of being dumb, try to act smart, spell check your posts, and do not use such crude language.
