My Kane is around the 30 inch mark as well. I may end up replacing my cage as well because, well, it's a nice looking piece of crap. I don't think duct tape adds to the beauty of the environment, although duct tape fixes everything. Next time, I'm doing it my way. I think I've learned a few thing working at a hardware store. My work has everything except lumber. There is a lumberyard up the street. There is a furniture store across the street.
