::I use the powersuns, I haven't tried the other ones but I really like the powersuns. I have found them on the web for as low as 40 dollars, which is pretty good since they last a year.
:I replace mine every six months and I time it when I change the fluorescent UV on my 75 gal. I have the Powersun 160 watt and the T rEX 100 watt spot for the warmer days so Kane can bask in the morning and not have the rest of the cage get too hot. Of course if it gets too warm, I use a fluorescent UV screw in and low watt incandescent. The fluorescent UV may or may not reach enough by itself but I use D3 supplements as a back up whereas w/the other two I don't as the UV gives them the D3 they need.

The Powersun and the Trexs give out 50 microwatts/cm2 of UV at a foot away. That's more than any fluorescent tube can.
