Legal Cyclura ricordi???

I've heard some rumors whispered around the web that some legal ricordi are becoming available to private individuals. An earlier post that I placed regarding this was met with some hostility. Several people swore that this was absolutely not the case and that any ricordi owned by private individuals were definately illegal. So interestingly, I was perusing the cyclura.com website today, and I found some amazing new pictures on the family photo album page of an absolutely beautiful little ricordi female. There were actually quite a few photos of her depicting various stages of development beginning with pics of her as a juvenile. It was pretty obvious that many of these pics were taken in the house. There was even one pic of her lounging with a large green iguana. Obviously, she is a family pet. I don't think it gets much more privately owned than that! So what gives? Anybody know anything about legal ricordi becoming available in the states? I've sent an email to the general website address inquiring about the animal. I don't know how often they check these and/or reply but I haven't heard anything yet. If anyone knows anything about this, I'd love to be enlightened. Thanks!
