:) something similar to what Rich said. On 2 separate occassions I have seen recent wild-caught rattlesnakes (wdb & speckled) rattle their tail, after the introduction of the mouse and have the mouse go right up to the rattle to investigate and get whacked!! And like Rich said, the rattlesnakes were not rattling in my presence. Yes, the mice were domistic (feeders).
